・受注予約商品は納期が異なるため、入荷済み商品や別コレクションの商品と同梱して発送することはできません。
　同時にご注文いただくことは可能ですが、納期ごとに分割発送となり、発送ごとに送料をご負担いただきます。
　また、コレクションごとにそれぞれ送料が発生いたします。

・ご予約はご購入を前提として承っております。ご予約商品はお申し込み時に決済が完了いたします。キャンセルはお受けできません。

・ショッピングカートよりご予約をお申し込みいただくと、自動返信メールが届きます。
　こちらの自動返信メールが仮予約完了メールとなりますので、お取引完了まで大切に保管してください。

発送につきまして

・複数アイテムをご注文いただいた場合は、同じ納期の商品がすべて揃ってからの発送となります。入荷時期をご確認のうえ、ご注文ください。
　また、生産状況により納期が前後する場合がございますが、納期変更によるキャンセルはお受けできません。
　あらかじめご了承いただいた上でご予約をお願いいたします。

・受注予約商品は、入荷済み商品や異なる入荷時期の商品と同時に発送することはできません。
　各商品の納期に合わせて順次発送となりますので、ご予約商品の入荷時期を必ずご確認ください。

・万が一、発送先住所に変更がある場合は、発送前までにお早めにご連絡ください。
　発送後の住所変更はお受けできません。

Regarding Pre-Order Items

・Due to different delivery schedules, pre-order items cannot be shipped together with in-stock items or items from other collections.
You may place them in the same order, but they will be shipped separately based on each item’s delivery date, and shipping fees will be charged for each shipment.
Please note that multiple shipping fees apply based on item status (in-stock versus pre-order).

・Pre-orders are accepted on the premise that you intend to purchase the item. Payment for pre-order items is charged at the time of reservation, not at the time of shipment. The shipping schedule may change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations are not accepted.

・Once you complete your pre-order through the shopping cart, an automatic confirmation email will be sent.
This email serves as your temporary reservation confirmation, so please keep it until the transaction is complete.

Regarding Shipping

・If multiple PRE-ORDER items are ordered, they will only be shipped once all items in the order are ready.
Please check and acknowledge the estimated arrival date before placing your order. Please also note the delivery schedule may change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for and will not accept cancellations for any reasons such as “this was a gift and now the time has passed” or “changed my mind”. 

・Pre-order items cannot be shipped together with in-stock items or items with different delivery dates.
Orders will be shipped separately according to each item’s delivery schedule, so please make sure to confirm the estimated delivery time of each pre-order item. You will be charged separate shipping costs if you have in-stock and pre-order items in the same cart. 

・If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us before the shipment is sent out.
We are unable to make changes after the package has been shipped.
